We offer shipping all over the world. The shipping costs appear automatically in the checkout.

The delivery of your order in Germany takes place within 3 - 5 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 7-14 days after the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there will be no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

You can track your order by using the shipping ID given in the dispatch email.

Transactions on our website are handled by a secure payment platform so any payments you make on our site are completely secure.

If there is any problem with your blanket please contact us within 14 days via email: info@eulalia-blankets.com - if you want to return items which aren't damaged there is no need to contact us. Just follow the instruction below. Please have in mind that used or washed items are excluded from exchange. You have 14 days to return your item.

First: Pack your item if possible in the original package and enclose a note with your name and your order number.

Second: Write our return shipping address on the parcel.

Third: Send the parcel, using your choice of carrier. You will be responsible for the items until they have arrived at our office. We therefore strongly recommend you to keep the proof of postage as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

After we received and checked your package we will give you a full refund using the same method you used to pay. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your own account.
